Here at the roastery, coffee names aren't pulled out of a hat, but are taken from the streets of the Kirjala residential area! Did you know that our roastery was previously located in Kirjala, on Jukolankatu?\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSammon got its name from Sammonkatu – and as it turns out, we’ve just about run out of street names in Kirjala! Jukola, Louhi, Sammon... No matter how creative we get, Kirjala is becoming tapped out. I wonder if the neighboring district has any good street names, or should we invent our own next?
