Terms of service

These terms of service apply to the online store of Kirjalan Kahvipaahtimo Oy (Business ID 3322751-9) at kirjalanpaahtimo.fi. By placing an order you accept the terms listed below as they are in force at the time of ordering.

The store's terms consist of these terms of service and the following pages:

2. Orders and order confirmation

Products are ordered through the store's cart and checkout. For every order you receive a confirmation by email showing the products ordered, the price and the shipping costs. To receive the confirmation you need to give your email address when ordering. The purchase is concluded when the order has been paid and you have received the confirmation.

3. Customer account

You log in to your customer account with a code sent to your email. In your account you can see your orders, cancel an order, request a return and manage your coffee subscription.

4. Content and copyright

The texts, images and logos in the store belong to Kirjalan Kahvipaahtimo Oy or their rights holders and may not be used commercially without permission. When you order coffee with your own photo or logo, you are responsible for having the right to use the material you send.

5. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering. Finnish law applies, but as a consumer you always keep the rights given by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. In case of a dispute you can contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board, see Refund policy, section 7.
