What is a good gift for a coffee lover?

Fresh small batch coffee is a safe gift, because it gets used instead of gathering dust in a cupboard. The most personal choice is coffee with your own photo, and with a gift box of three coffees the recipient gets to taste several flavours. If you don't know their taste, choose a gift card.

Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?

Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's address as the delivery address and your own billing details in the payment step. You'll find step by step instructions on the page Sending a gift directly to the recipient.

What kind of photo works for coffee with your own photo?

A portrait photo works best, as the image is printed on the bag in a 10 x 14 cm format. Good choices include photos of children or grandchildren, wedding photos, pets and cottage landscapes. You can also add your own text.

What's in the Kirjala Gift Box?

The box contains three 250 g bags of coffee. You can choose the coffees yourself, for example a light, a medium and a dark roast, or choose Roaster's favourites, in which case Olli picks his three favourite coffees for the box.

How is the gift card delivered?

The gift card is sent by email immediately after purchase, with no shipping costs. It's valid for all products in our online store and at our café in Mikkeli. The gift card can't be used for coffee subscriptions.

When should I order Christmas gifts?

In good time, as the post gets busy before Christmas. In our experience, the fastest delivery option is usually the Matkahuolto Lähellä parcel. If you're running late, the gift card arrives by email instantly.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over €59 in Finland and over €89 to other countries. We ship to Finland, the Åland Islands, Sweden, Denmark and the Baltic countries.
