Instructions
1. Getting started
- The coffee is a smooth, aromatic medium-roast estate coffee from Brazil, suitable for everyone.
- A dark roast option is also available upon request.
- You can sell the coffee either ground and/or as whole beans.
- Package size: 225 g
- Bag color:
- Matte white
- Matte black
- Brown paper
2. Design your own label
- The class or club can create their own label, either by drawing it by hand or using a computer (e.g., Canva, Word, PowerPoint).
- The work can be done on A4 paper, from which the roastery will scale it to the final size, or directly in a size of W100mm × H140mm.
- Clubs can also use their own logo.
- You can add text to the label, for example: “Urpola School Class 5A support coffee” or “Thank you for your support!”.
- The roastery will add the necessary product and manufacturer information.
Once the label is ready, send it to us via email:
📧 hello@kirjalan.fi
Attach the label as an image (jpg, png, or pdf). We will check it before printing and send it to you for approval.
3. Start with pre-sales if necessary
- Organize a pre-sale if necessary,
for example, for a period of two weeks. - Collect orders and
payments in advance – the final quantity is reported to the roastery. - If needed, order
ready-made pre-sale materials with the class or club's details from the roastery. - Once the pre-sale
has ended, place the order, stating: - Bag color
- Number of packages
sold - Possible
special requests (e.g., different roast levels)
4. Production and pickup
- The production process takes
approximately 5 business days from the order. - The finished coffee is
available for pickup at Kirjalan Kahvila, at the address:
Nuijamiestenkatu 21, 50100 Mikkeli - The pickup time
will be announced separately. - If pickup is not
possible, delivery can be arranged separately.
