Steep the tea in a strainer that is spacious enough. This allows the tea leaves enough room to dance with the hot water. Leave the squeezing of the leaves be; steeping peacefully releases enough aroma from the tea. Tip! You can steep the tea leaves a second time; don't throw the leaves into the compost bin just yet!
